CareAparent is seeking a full-time Scheduling Coordinator II for caregivers who provide in-home care to seniors. This position is a member of our Personal Cares Team and is responsible for master scheduling on the open shifts calendar, handling scheduling changes from clients and caregivers, corresponding to caregiver time off requests, and maintaining weekly hourly goals set by manager.
Job Duties
- Schedule all caregivers for shifts with clients using CareAparent software
- Maintain and update client schedules using authorizations and assessment information with an emphasis on creating high quality matches
- Communicate to client(s) and caregiver(s) start dates and schedule changes in a timely fashion
- Answer and respond appropriately to phone calls related to client care, scheduling, and caregiver shifts, serving as daily point of contact
- Perform schedule adjustments as needed based on daily calendar activity
- Communicate daily schedule changes to clients and caregivers
- Recognize and capture opportunities to increase service hours utilization in scenarios to enhance and/or increase the quality of care
- Report weekly scheduling, caregiver performance, and shift completion data
- Perform data entry functions as needed
- Communicate and reinforce CareAparent policies and procedures
- Present professional image to consumers through dress, behavior, and speech
- Adhere to company policies and standards for resolving consumer concerns
- Weekend, after hours, and holiday on-call duties
- Perform all other functions deemed necessary
Job Qualifications

Associate degree required, Bachelor degree preferred

Minimum of one (1) year of relevant scheduling experience.

Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in high-volume, fast-paced environment.
