CareAparent is seeking a part-time Home Health Aide / CNA to join our team of professionals. This individual will be responsible for providing top of the line care and being the vital link between our clients, nurses, and other agency staff.

CareAparent is a Medicare certified Home Health agency accredited by the Joint Commission. We serve seniors who want to continue to live independently and safely at home for as long as possible. As a Home Health Aide / CNA, you can help our clients age in place. Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide personal and hygiene care which could include assisting a client with showering, bathing, toileting, grooming, and more.
  • Perform medication reminders.
  • Record daily information into the clients care plan.
  • Assist with preparing meals.
  • Perform light housekeeping.
  • Provide transportation.
  • Provide companionship and socialization.
  • Adhere to professional standards, abide by federal, state, and local requirements, as well as Joint Commission standards.


The part-time schedule for this position can have you working up to 30+ hours per week. In-home client visits vary in length but are typically 3-4 hours within a 15-20 mile radius from your home. With a flexible schedule, you can decide the days that you work.
